How do you assure the timely completion of the project?

How do you assure and control the quality of construction?

Our customers can always verify with us at any stage of procurement activity with our Site Engineer via progress report on the app or physically at the construction site.
How is the ARIRA payment process?
We have a flexible payment schedule. The project is divided into several stages and calculated payments for each stage are defined. The client can make the payments based progress of stages. Additionally, they choose to avail of some discounts for upfront payments. Payment can be made seamlessly with online mode. An acknowledgement receipt and monthly statements would be issued accordingly for clients’ reference.
How can I track my project activity progress?
We offer hassle-free and transparent service. The client can see the updates at any point in time through their live access and dedicated monitoring app. It is not required to physically visit the site. But they are welcome on-site whenever they wish.
Who would be the point of contact during the project?
A dedicated professional would be assigned for managing projects along with technical engineers. In case of escalation. the client can raise a query on the dedicated project app or email/call us at dedicated professional support.
Do the prices quoted by you include the GST also?
Yes, the prices mentioned in our packages are inclusive of GST.
Approximately how long does it take to complete the civil construction of one floor?
It takes about 6 months for the first floor and another 2 months for every floor beyond that. Duration also varies depending on the approvals, built-up area, location, design and site complexity etc.
Does ARIRA provide loans as well?
ARIRA help clients with the documentation part of the loan approval process. We have also partnered with a couple of banks and NBFCs for attractive interest rates.
Is compound/boundary wall included in the package?
Not every site requires a compound or boundary. For standardization of the package, we have removed it from the package and is available as add Onn’s with additional options such as an underground water tank, soak pit, septic tank, boundary gate, etc.
Is interior construction included in the package?
For standardization of the package, we have removed it from the package and is available as add Onn’s with additional options great level of customization curated to individual needs.
What happens if the prices of materials increase suddenly?
The prices are normally frozen in our agreement on stamp paper. In exceptional situations where there is a sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation would have to be paid by the client, whereas if the price drops, get a price reduction on a pro-rata basis.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. We offer additional add-ons on individual requirements other than a package with full details and explanations.

How do I know about the materials used in my project?
